One momentous day in sandwich history, Ken Mashburn, founder of Al's Deli in Cumming, Georgia, teamed with Kevin Smith, formerly of Atlanta's Royal Lakes Country Club, to fulfill their shared goal of preparing their customers the highest quality food in a fun atmosphere.By combining their culinary talents with a unique concept, COSMIC DELI was created!

COSMIC DELI's menu has a wide variety of grilled, specialty, and traditional sandwiches that will rocket any sandwich lover into the taste stratosphere. We also serve huge homemade salads, topped with marinated chicken breast, egg, or albacore tuna salad. All of our side dishes are made fresh daily. Our marinated pasta salad, tangy cole slaw, and potato salad are a unique combination of Southern and Northern styles, all designed to complement our menu of stellar sandwiches.

Our bread is delivered fresh daily from Masada Bakery, and our meats come from Thummans, a New Jersey-based company which has the best corned beef and pastrami you will ever eat! Thummans' meats are approved by the American Heart Association and contain no MSG.
